Roberta is the Vice President, People and Culture at Graybar Canada, where she leads the organization’s national Human Resources strategy and serves as a key member of the executive team. Her portfolio spans strategic planning, policy development, legislative compliance, and leadership of Strategic Priority #1: People and Culture.
With a career spanning senior HR roles in government, healthcare, and large national organizations, Roberta brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation, and employee relations. She has played a pivotal role in shaping Graybar Canada’s strategic plan, employee share ownership, and succession planning. Her leadership has been instrumental in guiding the company through major initiatives including strategic change management, mergers and acquisitions, and pandemic response.
Roberta holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University and multiple HR and diversity certifications, including CHRP and credentials from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion. Passionate about building inclusive, high-performing workplaces, she is known for her strategic insight, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to employee well-being and organizational excellence.
