Dr. Mitra Madanchian is an accomplished academic and business professional with extensive expertise in Business Management, Human Resource Development, Digital Marketing, and Innovation Strategy. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) program and Associate Professor at University Canada West (UCW), where she leads curriculum development, quality assurance, and academic initiatives aligned with institutional goals. Dr. Madanchian holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA (Malaysia), a Master’s in Human Resources Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University (Canada), and dual degrees in Applied Linguistics from University Putra Malaysia. She also possesses a Diploma in Computer Science and is an active member of CPHR in British Columbia. With over 15 years of combined academic and industry experience, Dr. Madanchian has held leadership and teaching positions across Canada, Malaysia, and Iran. Her previous roles span toptier organizations, including KPMG Malaysia, where she worked as Assistant Manager in Business Development and led strategic initiatives in digital transformation. She is also Director of Hamta Business Corporation and Quark Minded Technology Inc., where she continues to contribute to innovation, research, and strategic partnerships. Dr. Madanchian is an internationally recognized researcher with over 50 peer-reviewed publications and several authored and edited books. Her research focuses on AI adoption in HR and marketing, digital innovation in e-commerce, leadership effectiveness, and ethical considerations in emerging technologies. Her work has been published by Springer, Elsevier, IGI Global, Emerald, and MDPI, and she regularly presents at global conferences. Dedicated to academic service, Dr. Madanchian is a journal reviewer for high-impact publications and a frequent keynote speaker.
