Known for her leadership building Human and High performing teams, Katie has nearly 20 years of HR experience. Prior to the tech industry with Clio, Katie worked in the Manufacturing, Mining and Government industries where she was always challenging the traditional ways of working. She is laser focused on transforming traditional HR practices into trusted strategic partnerships with the employees and businesses she supports.

Katie currently leads the Employee Engagement, People Business Partnership, Learning and Development, and Workplace Experience functions at Clio. They partner across the business to drive employee success - the key ingredient in driving customer success.
