Jonathan drives the Culture & Engagement portfolio at Metrie, North America's largest millwork supplier, headquartered in Vancouver. As part of the People & Culture team he seeks to deliver the team promise: to make Metrie an exceptional place to work. For everyone. Part of his portfolio includes Metrie's approach to DIBs: Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. This includes the successful establishment of several employee resource groups, and a deep focus on, and measurement of, fairness and engagement within 200 teams across North America.

He has 25 years of experience across retail, energy, electronics, cannabis, and building supplies industries in Europe and North America delivering corporate branding, reputation management, digital services, and employee experience outcomes; applying his workplace brand promise, to encourage - approach opportunities with optimism; to act - work at velocity and connect everything; and to reimagine - ready talent and the brand for what comes next.
