Jennifer Campbell

Jennifer is the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Atlantic Pilotage Authority, a Federal Crown Corporation serving Atlantic Canada.   She has extensive experience leading people strategy, championing organizational culture, and managing dynamic workforce planning across a highly specialized, safety-critical marine environment.   Jennifer holds an MBA and a CPHR designation. She is passionate about championing inclusive workplaces and increasing female presence in marine seagoing positions of leadership.
