Elena Bobyreva

Elena is a HR leader with over 20 years of experience designing and implementing HR programs that advance business strategy. She has held HR leadership roles in retail, consulting, and academia, implementing progressive HR practices.

Before joining Fasken this year, Elena led HR at Glentel—Canada’s top mobile phone retailer—where her team earned national recognition for excellence and innovation. Earlier, she was a People and Change Consultant at KPMG, advising organizations on transformative HR initiatives.

Elena is passionate about building collaborative workplaces and hosts a podcast Canada HR News. Outside of work, she likes swimming and improv.
