Cyndy Allen

As a Human Resources Leader, worked for large, complex, bilingual organizations building her expertise in a wide-range of HR specialties including: compensation, performance management and succession planning, benefits and pensions, strategy and planning, respectful workplace, and diversity. Her  greatest passion is change management – a perspective she  brings to all projects whether they be big, like leading the redesign of my employer’s compensation strategy, or small, such as providing one-on-one coaching to a leader having to deliver a difficult message.
 

In addition to her  hands-on experience, she  earned a Master’s degree from Acadia University and completed the CPHR, CCP, CEB, and HRCCC designations. She moved "home" to Halifax from Toronto 10 years ago and it is her goal to continue working in Atlantic Canada in the HR field.
