Colleen, a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), has worked in Human Resources Management for over 17 years and joined Killam in 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s University, a post-secondary diploma in Human Resources Management from Nova Scotia Community College, and an MBA from Saint Mary’s University. Committed to developing strategic human resource initiatives and a corporate culture that engages employees while driving corporate performance, Colleen has supported Killam in being recognized as a preferred Canadian employer. She is a member of the Board of Governors for Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Culture Awards, and a volunteer with the Girl Guides of Canada.
