Claudia Ivanova

Claudia is the Head of Human Resources at FISPAN, where she oversees hiring and employee relations, ensuring the company's utmost standards when it comes to managing our greatest asset: people. Claudia fosters growth and transparency in the workplace and plays a key role in developing FISPAN’s organizational culture of celebrating the diversity of people, perspectives, and experiences that drive innovation and elevated thinking. 

Claudia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Human Resources from Simon Fraser University, and is an active member and holder of the Certified Professional Human Resources and SHRM-Certified Professional designations. Additionally, she is an HR Leader in the StartupExperts Community, and is an active voice of HR professionals in British Columbia.
