She brings a practical, people-first lens to HR, grounded in real employee relations work, managerial courage, and the moments where leadership truly matters. Candice offers clear, authentic insight into building workplaces where people feel supported, respected, and able to do their best work.

A born storyteller with a passion for country music, line dancing and camping with her family and friends.  Candice believes relationship-building is her superpower.
